Our Jam session this Tuesday is hosted by Theo Bard, from East London...
"Classically trained as a violinist from the age of 4; Theo Bard made the switch to the guitar 12 years ago and never looked back. His distinctive finger-picking style is reminiscent of Nick Drake, John Martyn, and Bob Dylan, while vocally he brings a lyrical clarity and honesty which reaches audiences regardless of the setting. With a deep knowledge of the British folk tradition, and a desire to innovate, he describes his own songwriting as 'old folk hits a new groove; moving and provocative songs built around rich, almost haunting guitar sounds'."
