"The Spoonteller" tells a story of a lady, a housewife, who has dedicated her entire life to her family and children, but still had a vision, a dream; to make every food experience count.


Located in a cozy quiet corner in Kaslik, it is eye capturing with its white facade and home like interior. Mrs. Samia Sarkis, the owner of the restaurant, offers her recipes in a sublime setting. The idea was just a dream at first, due to the time dedication and the commitment this project needed; however, and as her children grew older, they became more and more supportive. One of them even built the passion to help her run this business. Samia thought about kicking off with a small plat-du-jour restaurant, but after deepened analysis, an official full time operating restaurant seemed to be more convincing. She wanted a high end result, so she sought the expertise of professional consultants for a refined outcome.
