Salma Hayek The Prophet Press Conference

An exceptional visitor came to Lebanon. SALMA HAYEK returning to her roots for the first time in her life.

Her trip is to promote her animated movie "Kahlil Gibran's The Prophet" inspired by the classic book of Gibran Khalil Gibran, The Prophet and directed by Lion King's Roger Allers with a score composed by Gabriel Yaredand Glen Hansard.


During her stay in Beirut, On Sunday SALMA HAYEK visited Gibran Khalil Gibran's museum in Besharre.

The movie is a joined production by Lebanon, Qatar, USA and France.

The world Premiere Red Carpet will take place in Beirut Souk's CinemaCity and is hosted by Fathallah Films, distributor of the film in Lebanon and the Middle East and FFA Private Bank, a major investor in the movie.

On Monday the 27th of April 2015, Salma Hayek arrived to the World Premiere Red Carpet in a luxurious Mercedes-Benz car, dressed magnificently by Elie Saab and wearing Pomellato's glamorous jewelry.

Her makeup and hair styling during her stay are handled by Bassam Fattouh and Victor Keyrouz.

In the same day at 8:30PM, SALMA HAYEK is the Event Chairwoman of THE ULTIMATE GOAL a Charity Gala Dinner organized by LUXURY LIMITED EDITION will take place at ESA's prestigious La Villa Rose.

THE ULTIMATE GOAL founded by CYNTHIA SARKIS PERROS is a platform chaired by an A list celebrity whose goal is to raise awareness and money to support a cause such as diabetes, heart diseases or cancer.

Our ULTIMATE GOAL 2015 is an auction to the benefit of the Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon. A three-course meal gala dinner catered by LE BRISTOL Beyrouth, CHIVAS, and La Cave de Joël Robuchon will be served to 300 invitees entertained by a talented band, and followed by a live auction ofluxury goods conducted by CHRISTIE'S.
