Reaching out to its growing customer base in Lebanon, Folic Automotive, part of the Tewtel Group of Companies, recently inaugurated its new Ford and Lincoln dealership facility in a strategic location on the Damascus Road in Hazmieh. This new facility will allow Folic Automotive a strong presence in another flourishing commercial district in Beirut.
Operated by Folic Automotive, the modern 3S facility combines a showroom, a service and spare parts center. It is the second 3S facility to be implemented in Lebanon as part of the dealership's broader plan to open additional facilities to better serve customers and to get closer to major communities in the country.
Offering quick access, faster service and greater customer satisfaction, the new 3S facility underlines Folic Automotive's commitment to providing Lebanese customers with the best products and after sales service available from Ford.
The opening of the new showroom was highlighted by the reveal of the all-new 2015 Ford Mustang, as well as the new Ford EcoSport urban SUV and the small-size SUV, Escape. The ceremony was attended by local media, VIP guests, as well as executives from Ford Middle East.
Nadim Tewtel, President and Managing Director of Folic Automotive, and Thierry Sabbagh, Regional Director of Sales at Ford Middle East, welcomed attendees at the opening ceremony.
Both Tewtel and Sabbagh stressed that the move is part of a larger strategy to drive growth for Ford in Lebanon.
Tewtel praised this initiative saying that "the prospects the local market brings to Ford are very encouraging. "With Folic Automotive's next-gen facility implemented, the company aims to be closer to its ever-expanding customer base in major Lebanese regions," he explained. "The Hazmieh facility serves as an advanced platform to serve Folic Automotive's loyal customers, and reflects its client-centric strategy as it gears up for more exciting initiatives on that front."
