3rd Annual Spring Dinner
Key players of the Lebanese Hospitality Industry and USEK long-time friends were brought together on May 13th at the USEK Guest House for the 3rd edition of the Annual Spring Dinner organized by USEK / Le Cordon Bleu Hotel Management department. The menu, orchestrated by Chef Youssef Talbi from the Hyatt Regency Casablanca, paid homage to the traditional Moroccan cuisine yet with a modern twist. USEK hospitality students helped with the menu preparations and table servicing as part of the practical application of the knowledge acquired in their program. Prof. Nehme Azoury, Dean of the Faculty of Business and commercial sciences seized this opportunity to thank the chef and saluted the efforts deployed by the students and their instructors for organizing yet another edition of this successful event. He also took this opportunity to specifically congratulate Ms. Joyce Aweis, USEK/Le Cordon Bleu student, who won Gold in the HORECA 2015 Burger competition. A warm and heartfelt thanks was also expressed by Prof. Azoury to all the guests that attended this special dinner.
