For the first time in Lebanon, Samsung Electronics Levant and Cherfane Tawil and Co. (CTC), Samsung's official distributor in Lebanon, offer consumers the possibility to exchange any used mobile for any new Samsung phone, exclusively covered by CTC's one year warranty.
Samsung Electronics Levant and CTC invite end users to value their used phones and make sure they are getting a fair price for their mobile, by going to www.SamsungCTCswap.com, or visiting any Samsung point of sale, or by calling the hotline 01-484999. A special offer goes for users who swap their mobile for a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+, as they will receive a free wireless charger and a USD 50 discount.
Mr. Eddy Cherfan, CEO of Cherfane Tawil & Co. launched the program during a press conference in the presence of Lebanese media representatives, saying that "it comes as another proof of commitment that we have towards the Lebanese market, as we keep working on introducing new facilities for our customers, so that they keep pace with the latest modern technologies provided by our devices".
Mr. Fadi Zbib, Sales Manager at Samsung Lebanon added: "it is for the first time in Lebanon that consumers can exchange their old mobile phone of any brand, with a new Samsung mobile. The offer is limited and available at Samsung's six showrooms, as well as at 100 specified dealers, and aims to promote Samsung's latest models as well as encourage customers to switch with the latest technologies offered by Samsung's new devices".
