Opening of Elsa Chocolatier

Elsa Chocolatier celebrated the opening of its new Boutique on December 2nd 2015 in Qantari, in the company of members of the press, bloggers, influencers and of course chocolate lovers. The guests stepped into a chocolate wonderland where they, created mouthwatering moments, experienced fascinating activities and traveled to a delicious destination.At this delectable new boutique space, the guests were given the chance to visit the Chocolate Making Live Station, an adult playground where guests created their own pieces with the help of the resident chocolate experts, followed by a live demonstration of the intricate art of chocolate making by master chef Charles Azar. The lucky few got to choose from several molds and flavors, learned the craft of chocolate mixing, and received the finished pieces in a box of their choice.




Everyone in attendance was transported to a new version of Elsa, which was evident through the process of chocolate customization, packaging, and presentation. By the end of the evening, Elsa Chocolatier Boutique cemented its position as is the chocolate boutique destination where fine chocolates are made, displayed, customized, and relished. Mrs. Karout stated: 'All of this started with a small Boutique in Hamra 20 years back. Today it is up to our children to step into the business and take it further. They had a vision for Elsa Chocolatier and they took care of the re-branding and creation of the new concept. They were able to magnify chocolate tasting and redefine the customer's interaction with chocolate while indulging all of their senses. I am very proud of their accomplishment.'




Elsa Chocolatier Boutique redefines its customers' interaction with chocolate, making it more intimate and immersive. Exploring every corner and section of this one-of-a-kind Boutique, is like taking a trip into this Chocolate Museum, where 47 exceptional pieces are displayed. One of the most delicious sections would probably be The indulgent Gourmet Chocolate, which is home to the master chef chocolatier Charles Azar's signature collection of Grand Cru single-origin artisan pieces made using limited releases of the world's most desired Criollo beans.





Last but not least, patrons of Elsa can feast their eyes on the beautifully displayed boxes full of Elsa Chocolatier pieces of all shapes and flavors on the Pre-Packed Boxes Wall and peruse the Gift Items Wall to find gifting options for any occasion. To fully enjoy the joy of gift making, there is the option to visit the Customizable Gifts Corner where anyone can add their special touch. The Boutique opened its second floor as well to extend the experience for social occasions and celebrations.
