Winter Storm in Lebanon

Storm Vladimir, coming from Russia, has buried large and vital parts of Lebanon under a huge pile of snow.

Thick layers of snow buried areas in northern Lebanon, blocking roads and communication between people as electricity and cell phones were blocked.
