The Beirut International Comedy Showcase

For another consecutive year, BeitMisk opened its doors to host the third edition of Summer Misk Festival in partnership with BanqueLibano-Française. To celebrate music and art, the Summer Misk stage welcomed, over the course of three festive nights, a stellar lineup of international musical and comedic stars. Performers included 10-time Grammy Award winner Arturo Sandoval, British pop sensation John Newman, and a unique lineup of comedians from all over the globe. Before the show began, people gathered in the food court to enjoy quick bites as well as a full sunset bar, accompanied by a DJ playing the best summer hits.

On July 3, the Beirut International Comedy Showcase, a sold out show this year and last year, concluded Summer Misk Festival 2016 with a series of continuous hilarity and entertainment that filled the stage with roaring laughter. Virgin Radio Lebanon’s Anthony Salame hosted the night, which featured 4international and3local comedians. The crowd’s tears and laughs echoed through the show as “3as3ous”, Ashley Fils-Aime, Tahir, “Oh My Jad”, Imaanand Glenn Wool dominated the stage one after the other, leaving all who attended the show with a night to remember.
