Jazz Workshop with Dr Denny Euprasert & Damian Erskine

Mozart Chahine is proud to present award winning pianist Dr. Denny Euprasert and worldclass bassist Damian Erskine in a special jazz masterclass for piano and bass guitar.

Dr. Denny Euprasert is a recipient of the Silpathorn Contemporary Artist Award 2009, jazz pianist and composer, Denny Euprasert, is currently the Dean of Rangsit University Conservatory of Music and the conductor of RSU Jazz Orchestra. He is a Yamaha Artist endorsing Yamaha acoustic pianos and Yamaha keyboards.

Having performed with David Liebman, Nicholas Payton, Maria Schneider, Bob Brookmeyer, Deborah Brown, Kenny Wheeler, Mike Stern, Chris Minh Doky, Joris Teepe, Benny Golson, and Eric Marienthal, he is also featured regularly as a piano soloist with symphony orchestras.

Damian Erskine has played in the studio or on the stage with Peter Erskine, Gino Vannelli, The Jaco Pastorius Big Band, Les McCann, Javon Jackson, Jeff Lorber, The Buddy Rich Alumni All-Star Band, George Colligan, Vardan Ovsepian, Antonio Hart, Charmaine Neville, and many others.

He is an adjunct professor at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. In addition, he regularly teaches abroad with JAE (Jazz Education Abroad) in Shanghai, Beijing and Bangkok and has taught in the US at Gerald Veasley's Bass Bootcamp, the National Guitar Workshop, Berklee College of Music's Guitar Week.
