For the first time in Lebanon, a series of 5 workshops, animated by Dr Layla Lahoud, preventive medicine practitioner. The objective is to know about basic healthy nutrition rules, and learn how to rely on yourself in keeping a healthy weight, and how to prepare your food while using superfoods in daily routine.
