Behind the Koozpace, we have two brothers and young Lebanese entrepreneurs and the creators of Keefak Mobile Application, Mr. Hadi El Khoury and Mr. Joseph El Khoury, who are respectively a seasoned Cybersecurity advisor for large companies across the globe and an experienced Software Engineer. The co-founders are also part of the Euro Mediterranean initiatives (EuroMed) aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Lebanon.
This Project completes a large transformation of what was known as the "Yarzeh High School"; the school founded in the early 1980s and managed by the father of the co-founders of the Koozpace.
By joining the Koozpace community, entrepreneurs and other members willbenefit from the different amenities and services this avant-guard hub has to offer. Located in Yarzeh in a calm, secure and green area overlooking Beirut, the Koozpace is only 10 min away from Beirut's down town or Beirut International airport. Moreover, members will have access to a Gym (300 sqm of a fully-equiped fitness club), Pools (Outdoor and Indoor) and furnished apartments (15 furnished studios ranging between 50 & 60 sqm) available for rent for locals or foreigners. Hence, the Koozpace main point of differentiation is to offer startupersa space to be productive while staying fit and leading a healthier lifestyle.

At the opening event, Mr. Hadi el Khoury gave an interactive talk about "Cybersecurity". It was then followed by a visit of the coworking space and its amenities (pool, gym &housing) and a lively sunset aperitivo around the outdoor pool overlooking Beirut. The event also featured a live art performance by FreddishPapritz, a gifted French Urban Pop Culture artist, who made a special graffiti artwork for the Koozpace.
