Wadi Salib In Autumn

Dear hikers, 

Join us this Sunday for an another amazing trail that will be good to hike in the autumn season in Keserwan. 
Wadi Nahr El Salib is a wild valley with sharp inclination with the river flowing in the bottom.
On the banks of the river, 48 houses, three mills, a church and a chapel dating from 18th century. Old stone bridge connects the two banks, romain stairs linking Klaai3at to Kfardebian.

Our hike will starts from Faytroun at an altitude of 1150m, and start descending the valley along an amazing trail that gives us amazing views of the amazing river and colorful trees that surround the river.
We will have enough time to take pictures and enjoy the area. We will pass by old olive trees. 
Our lunch will take place near the river where u can enjoy cool moments under the magnificent trees.
When we finish, we will take a farmer's road that will lead to Daraya, where the bus will be waiting for us.

Meeting point: behind DHL - Jal el dib facing the Canadian embassy ( we can pick our hikers that live on our way)

Hiking distance: 11.5 kms (level 5/10)

Total hiking duration: 5 hrs

Moving time: 4 hrs

Required materials: jacket to keep warm, hiking boots, backpack, hat, 2L of water, raincoat, sunglasses, sunscreen, healthy snacks, hat.

Fees: 35000 LBP (including transportation, guidance, 5 mins warming up, stretching, and first aid kit but does not include medical insurance)
