Philips Lighting partners with Harb Electric to expand its offering of LED innovations in Lebanon

Philips Lighting (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, today announced an agreement with Harb Electric, a nationwide retailer of state-of-the-art lighting systems for both indoor and outdoor lighting in Lebanon to distribute its products in the consumer and professional markets. The agreement was announced at a wholesaler and retailer workshop on operating principles and innovations with LED technology that took place at the Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand, attended by over 200 representatives.

Harb Electric has been operating in Lebanon for almost 50 years. Its partnership with Philips Lighting is a significant milestone for Harb Electric and a groundbreaking offering to its consumers, who will now have the opportunity to access a broad range of Philips' LED innovations in indoor and outdoor lighting both on the consumer and professional level.
