Haifa Haddad & mentor Mike Poladian who took 7th place were voted off Dancing with the Stars on its fourth episode, Jan 6,2013. Haddad was announced in jeopardy along with Michel Abou Sleiman who took 9th place after each received the lowest combined score from judges and viewers votes.
