Official launch of the Huawei Nova 3i

Huawei consumer Business Group (CBG) launched today the HUAWEI nova 3i, at an exceptional sunset gathering inspired by the phones fashionable and unique attire. Held at Rivera Hotel, the launch event gathered members of the press, key known public figures and influencers on social media. The gathering also witnessed the attendance of young Lebanese singer Nina Abdel Malak, who is partnering with the brand to promote the device in a series of on-ground activities.

The HUAWEI nova 3i's gradient color variant, a special textured film underneath the glass back produces a dreamy unique appearance. Featuring a 6.3-inch FullView Display, high resolution quad-camera setup the Huawei nova 3i comprises 24MP and 2MP cameras in the front as well as 16MP and 2MP cameras at the back, the all-new Kirin 710 SoC with AI capabilities, and the latest EMUI 8.2. Combined, the hardware delivers an AI quad-camera photography experience that rivals those of flagship devices.

The HUAWEI nova 3i can recognize over 200 scenarios across eight categories, including Blue Sky, Plant and Beach, and apply a unique set of optimizations for each scene, while separately beautifying the subject. The beautification algorithms also take into consideration how people around the world perceive beauty, and apply a different set of adjustments to people of different sex and skin color.It also features a dual camera setup at the back that produces highly vivid photos. These camera features can be enjoyed due to the nova 3i's 128GB long-lasting memory.


Equipped with a Kirin 710, a new Huawei SoC with AI capabilities, AI quad-camera system and the latest EMUI 8.2, the third generation nova i device has the power to realize an AI-enhanced lifestyle.This launching event provided guests with the opportunity to get a hands-on experience of the nova 3i, which allowed them to truly understand the nature of this device, in all its exceptional specifications.The blue and purple theme complemented the sunset gathering's breezy atmosphere and summer vibes that were greatly aligned with the device's identity and iris blue color.


The industry-leading AI powering HUAWEI nova 3i serves as the "photography mastermind," capable of effectively distinguishing more than 500 scenarios, categorizing them into 22 types, and optimizing the image for each scene. When taking a photo, the handset also assists the user with intelligent composition, helping amateurs take gorgeous photos with ease. The Huawei nova 3i features were highlighted in various experience zones inviting the guests to have their hands on the device.


HUAWEI nova 3i also supports an AI gaming mode that pushes the performance of the SoC to the absolute max while blocking non-critical notifications and calls that could diminish the gaming experience. In addition to the Kirin 710 SoC and 4GB RAM, HUAWEI nova 3i also uses GPU Turbo to optimize its graphics processing capability. GPU Turbo is a graphics processing accelerator technology the re-architects how graphics are processed on the system level; it greatly improves software-hardware integration, pushing past the traditional bottlenecks that held the CPU and GPU back. 


The HUAWEI nova 3i reached the Lebanese market as of 13th August and is now available in Huawei service centers and select retail shops.
