Cartier Introduces Its New Feminine Fragrance Carat In Beirut

Cartier introduced its latest feminine fragrance "Carat" on Wednesday November 14 in their boutique in Downtown Beirut. The exclusive event welcomed a selective group of media representatives as well as high profile influencers to discover the new perfume.

The Cartier Carat bottle, inspired by Art Deco looks and acts like a diamond, diffracting the colors of a prism and mirroring their reflections in its glass square-cut facet, creating a rainbow-like effect. Cartier perfumer Mathilde Laurent wanted to implement that idea in the scent as well, hence the idea of combining 7 flowers that represent the 7 colors of the rainbow to create the breathtaking smell of Cartier Carat.

The guests wandered around the boutique, taking in the Cartier Carat scent, and stopping to take pictures in front of a beautifully designed floral wall with the initials of Carat by Cartier. They also got to participate in a flower workshop where they made their own bouquets out of a variety of white flowers that compose the fragrance, taking them home at the end of the event.
