Mother's Day at Outdoor Kaslik by OrchideaByRita

To recognize mothers for being such a caring and positive influence for their families, Outdoor Kaslik and OrchideaByRita with the collaboration of Beiruting, Aalamoki and TulipMedia invited some public figures and celebrities to a Special lunch at Outdoor Restaurant Kaslik to celebrate motherhood. The ladies were welcomed by Mr Elie Ghorayeb, General Manager of Outdoor Restaurant and Mr. Elie Hakim Operations Manager. The mothers and ladies enjoyed a variety of delicious platters prepared with love and creativity especially for this occasion. The tables were decorated with BlackOrchid roses, heart boxes of Lindt Chocolate Master Swiss Chocolatier since 1845 and 114 amatoury samples.

A presentation by Abir Beydoun, registered dietitian and sports nutritionist, founder and owner of The Diet Concept nutrition and catering center, who highlighted on the importance of eating healthy and gave the mothers important tips on getting in shape. Executive Chef Elie Akiki prepared a special menu for the mothers, The Ceviche Salmon Salad, Fillet d Boeuf, and Pastry Chef Chahine Hayek, prepared the Basil Pain Perdu and a special cake for this occasion. Puck offered a special goody bag with a greeting message to all mothers including their 3 famous sauces, Tomato sauce with cream, Bechamel sauce with cheese and Mushroom sauces, cheese jars, cheese tubs and Kaymar.
