On Monday 29 APRIL, Josyane Boulos organized a pop-up 5 course dinner with renowned American chef Michael Lee Rafidi owner of ALBI restaurant in Washigton D.C for the benefit of Al Majal association at restaurant Bergerac. Achrafieh Beyrouth. The 5 star menu was : 1rst course Tomato and melon, whipped fromage blanc, fermented aleppo chili, 2nd course Steak Tartare, brandied onions, crunchy comté, egg custard, 3rd course grilled loup de mer, spring peas, chermoula bouillon , wild nasturtium ; 4th course honey-laquered quail & foie gras, charred little gem + lentils + sour cherry + sumac ; 5th course creme fraiche poundcake, brûlée strawberries + caramelized orange + sumac chantilly
