Decadance Mix Fm 17th Birthday

On February 23rd, 1996... A plan was brewing... The plan to create a company that would bring smiles to thousands and entertain thousands more. On that day Mix FM was born! Yesterday, on February 23rd 2013, Mix FM celebrated 17 years of radio excellence and event organizing success with an edition of DECADANCE featuring an anything-but-ordinary concept... Set at St. George's Hotel, the once empty space was completely transformed into a Marvel & DC comic book with a storyline set in Beirut City! The walls were filled with customized comic stories with all of the superhero characters you know and love with LED strips lighting them up on all four walls! Our photobooth at the entrance was a huge hit where guests could be featured themselves on the front page of The Daily Bugle! Without a doubt, the highlight of the setup was the life size recreations of Batman & his Batmobile, Spiderman, Superman, the Incredible Hulk, Iron man & the Shield! The walls told a story of how those characters visited Lebanon as tourists and showed their tour of Beirut Souks, Jbeil, Faraya, and also how they hit the Lebanese clubs, ate at Barbar and more quirky stories! Rodge once again pulled off a spot-on marathon set keeping the crowd singing at the top of their lungs and dancing all night! The crowd was a mix of classy, beautiful and cool, just the perfect crowd! Superhero candy and sweets were distributed & Mix FM prepared custom one-of-a-kind masks and capes for everyone, leaving no one out from feeling heroic last night! Hundreds of people joined us for the celebration and once again Mix FM felt the love and support.
