Special screening for the first episode of Vikings’ final season

On December 5th, STARZPLAY Lebanon was proud to host the screening of the hotly anticipated sixth and final season of Vikings at Grand Cinemas ABC Mall Dbayeh.

Hicham Haddad, one of the prominent TV personalities of the Arab World, hosted the event, added humor to the gathering, making it a very special one. Over 300 Vikings fanatics, Social Media influencers and Press attended the special event. Valuable prizes were offered to attendees as well as a chance to win very interesting prizes in one big competition on social media. A Vikings themed wall of fame was installed specially for the competition and make-up artists were there to give you a Nordic experience.

Vikings is the critically acclaimed series from creator and sole writer Michael Hirst and is a family saga that tells the remarkable tales of the lives and epic adventures of raiders and explorers of the Dark Ages. Season six cast includes Katheryn Winnick ("Lagertha"), Alexander Ludwig ("Bjorn"), Alex Høgh Andersen ("Ivar the Boneless"), Georgia Hirst ("Torvi"), Jordan Smith ("Ubbe") and Marco Ilsø ("Hvitserk").



Viewers across the MENA region can watch every new episode of Viking's final season the same time it airs in the US, exclusively on www.starzplay.com. The 20-episode final season of Vikings is set to air in two parts, the grand two-hour premiere followed by eight episodes that will be available weekly on STARZPLAY. The remaining 10 episodes of season 6 are set to air in 2020.
