ESIB Rally Paper 25th Green Edition

The senior students of the faculty of engineering, ESIB - St. Joseph University of Beirut, USJ are proud to organize the 25th edition of the ESIB rally paper.

Since 1962 the rally paper has been a widely awaited event. It gained its reputation by being the biggest and hardest rally paper in Lebanon. The participants will roam around Lebanon covering more than 1000km. A two day event, in which participants between 18 and 30, will be testing their general knowledge, logical skill, physical activities...

The rally paper's functionality is normally divided into:
-Checkpoint car: this car should figure out the circuit by figuring out the enigmas that indicated where the checkpoints are.
At every beginning of a stage this car receives the questions and treasures that they have to deliver at the end of every stage.
-Base: a group of people will be in charge of resolving the questions that are given to each team at every stage. The questions cover different aspects of sciences, technologies, history and geography, general information and questions concerning sponsors of the rally paper.
-Treasury: a group of people will be in charge of finding the treasures requested at the beginning of every stage and then delivering them to the checkpoint car at the end of the stage.

This year's rally paper is a special edition that celebrates its 25th anniversary and the Golden jubilee of ESIB. In another hand this year's rally paper is in collaboration with the French embassy, Operation 7eme Jour-USJ and Jouzour Loubnan, as indication of ESIB's commitment to the environment and the sustainability, therefore our rally paper will be promoted under the name:

25TH ESIB RALLY PAPER - GREEN EDITION

This special collaboration will be translated in the rally through a GREEN stage that will cover most of the Lebanese reserves, through a special circuit and questions concerning the Lebanese Green identity and the features that place Lebanon on the GREEN map.
This year's prizes are as follows: More than 20 000$ prizes
1st prize: 5000$ in cash and 5000$ worth of prizes2nd prize: 3500$ in cash and 3500$ worth of prizes3rd prize: 1500$ in cash and 1500$ worth of prizes4th prize: 500$ in cash and 500$ worth of prizezThe first 20 cars will be awarded 6 000$ worth of prizes, these prizes are mainly offered by our sponsors.
