Workshop at EddeSands by wellness speaker Gloria Beléndez-Ramírez: Be happy, Stay happy, NO MATTER WHAT!

Gloria, the author of  the book Spiritual Orgasms...vivid encounters in the Now gathered more than 20 wellness enthusiasts to EddeSands on Saturday January 18 for a "How to be happy" workshop session.

Following this session, a wellness lunch was offered at La Peche du Jour, where attendees tasted for the first time EddeSands delicious wellness specialties available daily in the Peche du Jour restaurant or at eCafe Sursock.
