Opening of Adrenaline Free Run Academy

The opening of Adrenaline Free run Academy took place on Sunday 9th of February 2014 at Dbayeh Sports Zone/Next to Le Royal.
For all of you who don't know, Freerunning is a variation of Parkour, an extension that incorporates Parkour as a baseline but focuses more on self expression, innovation and creativity. Now for those who are new practitioners of the sport, sooner or later you will eventually come to a point where you will realize that free running is a lifestyle rather than a sport...As for "Adrenaline" we are sure you all know what it means...some of you feel it every once and a while ...others feel it more often..As for us, when we are freerunning WE ARE ADRENALINE.
