Opening of Tartan

The opening of the new Bar Restaurant Tartan held on the 26th of March 2014 at Uruguay Street.
Tartan is a pattern consisting of intersecting horizontal and vertical bands of threads in multiple colors. 
Tartan is mostly associated with Scotland.
