Defying Disability to the Top

Under the patronage of Lebanese Armed Forces Commander General Jean Kahwagi, in partnership with the Syndicate of Physical Therapy, Municipality of Beirut and Operation Big Blue Association, the professional athlete Michael Haddad is breaking barriers with a message of peace, positivity and life.

This awareness-raising event, titled 'Defying Disability to the Top', will see Michael who is disabled from the chest down climb all the way up to the top of the Pigeon's Rock (Rawshe). The event is taking place at 10 am on June 8, World Oceans Day, where people around the planet celebrate and honor the ocean.
