Unlike conventional hybrid systems or fully electric vehicles, Nissan e-POWER delivers 100% electric driving without the need to plug in. The wheels are driven exclusively by electricity, offering instant torque, smooth acceleration, and a quiet, refined ride, similar to a fully electric vehicle.
What sets e-POWER apart is its intelligent design: the gasoline engine is not connected to the wheels. Instead, it functions solely as a generator, producing electricity to recharge the battery when required. This allows the vehicle to maintain optimal efficiency at all times, without the need for external charging.
