A Swedish housing company announced a $137,000 campaign aimed at encouraging neighbors to greet one another.
The "Say Hi" campaign, announced by the MKB municipal housing company in Malmo, includes a brochure distributed to tenants with instructions on how to make small talk with neighbors"It's sometimes enough to smile, nod a little, or make a small gesture," MKB spokesperson Margaretha Söderström told the TT news agency.
