Ambition has never scaled such heights: China plans to build the world's tallest tower and complete it in just THREE MONTHS.

This must be the logic of a Chinese consortium, who seem confident that they can bend time and space and build the worlds tallest tower all 838 metres of it in just three months.

That means it will beat Dubais current world-beater, the Burj Khalifa which took five years to build.

The project has been given the go-ahead in Changsa, but the central government still need to sign off on the deal.

The new building will have 104 elevators, one million square metres of floor space, and quadruple glazing.
