Newfoundland Chloe has mastered the art of household chores thanks to owner Hazel Carter who has even taught her to help her with cooking, load the washing machine and take the rubbish out.
For most dogs fetching a ball or a newspaper for their owner is about the sum total of their skills.
But Chloe, a Newfoundland, is giving even working sheep dogs a run for their money in the usefulness stakes thanks to her unique set of skills.
The pooch is so well-trained that she does not even need prompting to load the washing machine, fetch tissues, take the rubbish out, even collect groceries from the pantry and pots fro the cupboards at meal times.
She once even collected all the ingredients for a Christmas cake.
