    6 Tips to boost your health

    1. Stay positive and do something that makes you happy


    Your mental health plays an important role in your health as a whole. If you are doing something that you do not love, such as working in a position that does not define who you are or studying a career that is making you unhappy in your life then a change would definitely help. Try to make the best out of any situation you are put in.

     

    2.Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a Pauper


    Eat nutritiously; a balanced diet is the key for a healthy life.

    The most important meal of the day is the breakfast. Many people leave the house in the morning without having breakfast, thinking that by not eating they will lose weight more easily. Eat less carbs, more vegetables and protein and replace the whites with the browns J

     

     

    3.Start your day with some meditation


    Wake up in the morning, take a deep breath and meditate. Taking some time out to clear your mind, block the world, the traffic, work, and technology will help you feel more balanced and peaceful. Studies show that deep breathing reduce stress hormone levels, so take a deep breath throughout the day as often as you can.

     

     

     

    4.Exercise regularly


    The benefits of exercise aren't limited to losing weight. Even if you are slim, benefits from exercising include lowering the risk of developing many major chronic diseases. Exercise helps keep you feel refreshed, energized, and reduces your stress. At the end of the day, little things such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, carrying the groceries, and taking a walk do make a difference. Don't stay sitting for too long while at the office, stand up walk around, and stretch your muscles.

     

     

     

    5.Drink more water, especially as soon as you wake up


    Our body is made up of mostly water, therefore water is a key element for almost every function. Eight to 10 glasses per day, is the ideal amount of amount that can help keep you hydrated. Of course, many foods we eat such as fruits contain lots of water which also help keep healthy and hydrated.

     

     

     

    6.Improve your sleep


    At some point in your life, nearly everyone starts to have sleeping problems. It is recommended that every adult sticks to a routine and sleeps a total of 7-8 hours daily.

     

    Finally and Most importantly don't forget to smile, "Someone might be falling in love with your smile"!
