    Colortek Experience Carousel reveals inner desires and moods of Lebanese

    COLORTEK®, the leading brand and retailer of decorative and architectural paints, revealed the result of its Color Carousel Personality Study, showing how the Lebanese's choice of color interprets their moods and desires in life.

     

    "It is very important that the colors you choose for your home reflect and support your personality because beyond visual inspiration, fashion trends or even color harmonies, color is above all a statement of our inner selves, and "with our endless variety of colors and decorative effects; you can transform any common space or object into a reflection of yourself" explained Yahya Kassaa, the Chief Executive Officer at Colortek®.

     

    The visitors were subjected to a range of selected color ranges through a unique and entertaining color exploration tool called the Color Carousel which included 7 moods, and each mood had 21 colors to be chosen from according to the questions posed. After going around the Carousel, the visitors were able to discover their mood range and inner desires.

     

    Over 1,400 participants took part in the "color game" where the top results showed 26% desire to be happy, and 25% opted for the desire to be elegant and live a beautiful, simple yet meaningful life.

    More results showed 15% chose the glamour life, 11% need for equilibrium (physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual or stimulation), 9% need for simple pleasures, 8% need for spice in their lives and 6% for a strong will power to persevere and persist.

     

    The mood ranges were Romance, Happy days, Classic & Co, Mellow, Jet Set, Rembrandt and Spice.

     

    For this event, Karim Andary, an Architect with a long Parisian background was asked to give body to this performance. Andary is also the designer of the company's new headquarters schedule to open its doors next year.
