In celebration of Lebanon's Independence Day, King Food S.A.L., the Burger King® brand franchisee in Lebanon, recently revealed its exclusive 'Lebanese Chicken Royale', kicking off celebrations with a delicious yet patriotic sandwich.
Available for a limited time starting the 16th of November across all Burger King® branches nationwide, the fast food giant has turned the Chicken Royale's bakery style sesame seed bun into red for the love of Lebanon and in support of its Independence Day.
The uplifted sandwich now features a 7-inch chicken patty and is topped with iceberg lettuce and creamy mayonnaise, wrapped in a custom-made Lebanese-themed wrapping paper.
Marc Kallassi, General Manager at King Food S.A.L., commented, "We at Burger King® have turned the traditional Chicken Royale, a sandwich our customers love, into a tailor-made red bun which adds great taste to the Lebanese palate, all while delivering it in a way that's never been done before, on the occasion of Lebanon's Independence Day."
