Sydney's Bar Luca have taken the old 'Macca's fries and soft serve' combo, and created their own version called the 'Blame FriesCream'"Salty fries topped with maple bacon, chocolate, a salted smokey caramel sauce and ... ice cream.
The ice cream itself is a taste sensation, with vanilla bean ice cream, a smokey beefy caramel swirl, maple marshmallow fluff, parmesan, maple bacon and dark choc covered potato chips.
Known for their burgers, Bar Luca's carb loaded combination will set you back $12, and the restaurant believe it's an Australian first creation."We spent a month working on the ice-cream with Paper Street Ice-Cream Company," Mrs Robbins said."We tried 12 batches before we landed on the ice cream that we wanted on our Blame FriesCream ice-cream."We haven't seen a dessert poutine before, except for the Maccas and soft serve combo of course!"
