Launching of Nike NTC

On 28th of September 2015,Nike announced the launch of the Nike Training Club (N+TC) classes in Beirut for the first time. Whether women want to get lean, toned strong, or focused, N+TC classes aim to help women achieve their fitness goals. The classes, which are offered at GO By U Energy by Nike Trainers, are free and are open to women from all ages.

The announcement came during the opening of the most sophisticated and innovative women’s section at the biggest Nike store in Beirut Souks.  The event welcomed prominent figures, media representatives and opinion leaders in the Lebanese community along with the celebrated Lebanese stylist Lana El Sahely and N+TC trainers Carine Zard Abou Jaoude and Diala El Khazen. This event reflects Nike’s commitment to empower women to be fit, and be “better for it”.

The new women’s section in the Nike Store in Beirut Souks is a work of art, with exceptional variety and unique attire. Stylist Lana El Sahely explained how women can workout and pursue a healthy lifestyle while still being stylish and fashionable. With Nike’s outstanding women’s collection that is far from the conventional, Lana provided one-on-one styling sessions to ensure ladies look and feel great as they workout. She was able to demonstrate that Nike fashion is not at all restricted to the gym especially since style icons are styling their Nike shoes with dresses, skirts and other apparel.

During the event, N+TC trainers Carine Zard Abou Jaoude and Diala El Khazen also demonstrated the N+TC app which include more than 135 other workouts inspired by world-class athletes and fitness icons such as Elie Goulding, Maria Sharapova,  Jessie J, and Serena Williams.

The N+TC app, the digital heartbeat of the Nike+ Training Club has more than 11 million members across the globe and offers to be your personal trainer in your pocket. From drills ranging from 5 minutes to 45 minutes, the App can help the modern women be fit and healthy at all times.

What’s more, they are ideal for all levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. N+TC also allows users to monitor their own efforts and progress by number of workouts, minutes, and average calories. NTC is an educational app, complete with audio and video tutorials, and an entertaining one that lets you sync your music, capture workout moments, and post them on social networks.
