  VOX Cinemas invited Beiruting.com to test its new 4DX screens for a test drive and boy were we excited.
  
  If you're a person who fancies getting a bit more immersed in the action of a movie or you wish you were a character on screen, then we can tell you that you will definitely enjoy it. You can watch select new releases at VOX's 4DX screens. If you've ever wondered what it's like to add an extra dimension to 3D then wonder no more. VOX 4DX incorporates moving seats that react to what's happening on the screen with other environmental effects like fog, wind, rain, thunder, and even smell.
  
  As soon as they handed us our tickets and glasses, we rushed to sit in those big comfortable chairs we had been hearing so much about. Being the big Star Wars fans that we were, we simply couldn't wait to see Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. We were ushered to our bulky seats, designed to be attuned to the on-screen action through motion simulators. We got on and the chair sprang to life as soon as the movie began. Swaying, tilting and prodding with every fast-paced movement and angle change felt like a weirdly satisfactory massage.Read More.
