On Thursday, November 15th, 2018, Talia Charity organized its second annual gala dinner in the presence of its Honorary President, Mr. George Kordahi, at the Kempinski Hotel - Jnah. Several authority figures, prominent socialites and media representatives attended the event.The gala dinner featured a children's fashion show with the models being former cleft-lip patients whose surgeries' expenses were fully covered by Talia. The evening's main event, however, was a fashion show entitled "We Will Always Have Tomorrow" by the Lebanese international designer, Wadih de Greige. Afterwards, the dinner was concluded with an auction on one of the collection's dresses with all proceeds going to help more people in need.Mrs. Samar Abou Khalil, news anchor at Al Jadeed TV, announced the value of charitable activities made by Talia during the past few years amounting to over $2.6 Million divided among empowerment projects to create job opportunities for underprivileged individuals, surgeries for cleft-lip patients, medical assistance for cancer patients and scholarships for outstanding students.
