Huawei Consumer Business Group (CBG) announced their "Huawei Care" service that is offered with every Mate 20 series pack. This service is part of the company's commitment to answering customer's needs in every market.

The "Huawei Care" offers a series of premium services that include a replacement warranty for any manufacturer defect during the first six months following the purchase. As well as screen damage warranty for the first six months. Additionally, customers can benefit from a one-hour repair service and a VIP dedicated Care line for Mate 20 series where customers are directed to a special line. Finally, in case the device repair will require more than one hour time, customers are offered with a loan until their device repair is finished.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro offers consumers a fusion of top flagship performance, AI camera with greater videography experience, longer battery life, wireless charging, improved security measures, amongst many more features, all packaged in a refined and ultramodern design. The smartphone is available in a brand-new Emerald Green color, featuring a translucent shade of green, as well as in hues of Twilight and Black.
