Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand today announced the re-opening of its legendary bar 'Up On the 31st Floor' following a major restyle and refurbishment.
The newly enhanced look for Beirut's highest bar follows an extensive overhaul which included a full re-decoration, new wall installations and completely new furniture. The menu has also been given a revamp with tempting additions to the popular list of drinks, cocktails and international cuisine.
