Victor Reaidy, CEO of Lesarts
"I believe in Byblos"
Victor Reaidy, a young entrepreneur who lives in the district of Jbeil, the founder of the creative design boutique agency "Lesarts" that is composed of young and dynamic individuals, forming a family of outstanding talents, has always believed in Byblos.
Byblos, the modern city that still retains its historical past, is re emerging as a fashionable touristic hub. Byblos has always been known for its sandy beaches and scenic mountains overlooking the Mediterranean. However, Byblos has recently been recognized for its open air pubs/rooftops/bars ...
Therefore, "Lesarts" came up with the idea of combining the concept of nightlife with resort, offering people the chance to relax by the pool, socialize, have cocktails while listening to beautiful music, and party all night long. All these in just one place named PUBLICITY!
Publicity, a combination of the words public and city, is an urban hub designed to bring class and elegance to the quaint riverfront district.
Mr. Reaidy added by saying:
"I faithfully believe in Byblos and I also believe that we people deserve to live in peace, enjoy our times and build unforgettable moments. Therefore, I would like to thank my partners especially Mr. Tony Trad, the image consultant who played a major role in building Publicity's image and identity as well as the architect Mr. Elie Mahfouz who translated our idea into a unique masterpiece".
Elie Mahfouz, Architect:
"Composizione II - bianco su bianco/ Composition II - white on white"
Elie Mahfouz is a young Lebanese architect who studied in Florence, Italy where he got his diploma and masters degree in architecture and urban planning.
He then returned to Lebanon carrying lots of promising projects for Lebanon and more specifically for its people.
Publicity is one of his amazing projects, and it all started when "Lesarts" contacted Mr. Mahfouz and told him about the unique concept they had in mind.
Mr. Mahfouz was ready for this kind of challenge, and indeed he nailed it; he created a piece of art.
Publicity consists of 12 units/restaurants which represent the Mediterraneen architecture:
Milagro, Paseo Del Sol, Malgo, Berry Roast, Glen, Vaduz, Caipira, Scarobar, Aquaholic, Here's to life, and C 9.
Each unit , each pub has its own indoor space, a rooftop, and its own concept surrounding a swimming pool, six jaccuzi lounges, and a long bar.
According to Mr. Mahfouz, Publicity is a combination of nature and architecture, because he believes that architecture can be found everywhere in nature.
Mr. Mahfouz added by saying:
"I would like to thank "Lesarts" and the one who inspired me".
