As part of its constant efforts to better serve its clients, COMTEK S.A.L., Lebanon's authorized Samsung service center, has opened a new After-Sales Customer Service Center in Saida. Located on Mufti Jalal El Din Street near Al Siddiq Mosque, the new center caters to the needs of customers in all of Southern Lebanon encompassing the major cities and towns of Sidon, Nabatieh, Tyr, Marjayoun, Jezzine and Saida, providing a one-stop shop for service, repair and inquiries on the full range of Samsung products.
Samsung's new centerwhich operates in accordance with Samsung's international after-sales guidelines, is the first and only after-sales boutique located in the south of Lebanon. COMTEK saw the importance of opening another center to more conveniently serve its customers in that area, and to support its growing network of dealers and shops.
Just like Samsung's first customer service center located in Nahr El Mot, the new center in Saida features after-sales support and offers a complete range of services for products in the Samsung portfolio including home appliances (such as refrigerators, washing machines, etc.), televisions, and mobile phones. Customers can get all the advice and support they need with the help of Samsung's team of trained experts.
