Maxime Chaya and his teammates, Livar Nysted and Stuart Kershaw, set off from Geraldton (West Australia) on Sunday June 9^th at 9:00 am aboard their row boat tRIO have reached their final destination in the Mauritius Island on Monday August 5^th. The world record, set in 2009 by Aud Eamus (8 person row boat), with a time of 58 days, 15 hours and 8 minutes, on August 5th 2013, by tRIO (3 person row boat) with a time of 57 days, 14 hours, and 49 minutes. In addition to that, Maxime Chaya and his teammates are the 1st, as a team of 3, to cross the Indian Ocean. Congratulations to Lebanon, as a new Guiness World record is set.
