Celebrating the launch of the new Khan Al Saboun collection and the
partnership with Sultanate of Oman “Frankincense from Oman and
Roses from Lebanon”, Mr. Amir Hassoun Marketing Manager of Khan
Al Saboun invited celebrities, media and public figures to spend a
special day at Eco-Village Badr Hassoun to honor them for all their
efforts and sacrifices in society and also to discover the village and the
new launched products.
Khan al-Sabun is full of fragrances, colors and antique architecture
dating back seven hundred years. Its large wooden door is standing near
the gold market in its shining shop among the old knots. From the huge
gate to the stone pond, the arches and domes that decorate the Khan, and
the rooms with antique arches, smells of jasmine, gardenia, rose, cedar,
pine, amber and incense that fascinate visitors and take them to another
world.
Mr. Amir Hassoun welcomed the invitees, saying: "Welcome to the Eco
Village, a traditional industrial craft platform that presents an aromatic
identity from the heart of the East to all the world. More than 1,400
products, we are proud to manufacture and export to the world. We
made change through the manufacture of soap by philosophers and soap
makers because we believe in nature and it is a gift from the Creator.”
The tour began at the Soap Museum, which includes all the village's
products, soaps, oils, perfumes, creams, and products presented to the
most important personalities in the world. The types of soap produced
by the Khan are: royal, herbal, aromatic, oil, and therapeutic soap for
multiple diseases such as rheumatism, skin allergies, spasms, dandruff
removal, etc... It was a station for relaxation, massage and testing the
best types of soothing and healing oils for the tiring daily routine and
getting to know the charming perfumes: the Eastern, the Arabian Nights,
the Magic Love, and the Sultanate Oud.
The ladies spent enjoyable times in the fragrant spring atmosphere that
wafts in the place, and after lunch they had a session with Dr. Badr
Hassoun, who welcomed them saying: “We in our eco-village are
crafting the gift of God from nature with mixtures that smell and mimic
the spirit, from Khan Al-Saboun laboratories in Lebanon and for all of
the universe, we are the green production and civilized thought, we are
the phoenix that flies in the sky of the universe.” This special day was
ended by distributing gifts to the invitees bearing the charm and scents
of the beautiful village.
