President Joseph Aoun received a telephone call from Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, and the IX platform, during which Mr. Musk expressed his interest in expanding his companies' presence into Lebanon.

During the call, President Aoun highlighted Lebanon’s telecommunications and internet sector as an area of significant potential. He welcomed the idea of Musk’s companies establishing operations within the country and assured that the Lebanese government would provide all necessary facilitation within the framework of existing laws and regulations.

President Aoun concluded the conversation by extending his best wishes for success to Mr. Musk and his ventures.
