Lebanese actress Réa Gemayel was selected to participate in the emerging acting talents program at the El Gouna Film Festival in Egypt in its 8th edition. She is the only Lebanese talent in a group of 12 young talents from the Middle East and the Arab world.

The selected talents took part in festival activities, talks, panels and red carpets. They also prepared and presented  performance before the festival’s audience in the presence of the festival’s director, Marianne Khoury. 

Réa Gemayel is a young aspiring actress who studied acting at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Lebanese University before moving to Paris, where she took part in several artistic projects. She currently alternates between Beirut and Paris. She has acted in multiple local and international short films as well as one feature film.
