Zahle Municipality is preparing to host its most ambitious holiday celebration yet, as the city unveils “Zahle Magical Christmas,” the first event of its kind and scale in the Bekaa. Running from December 12 to December 31, starting 5:30pm till midnight, the Christmas Village is expected to draw thousands of visitors with its rich program of festive attractions and family-oriented activities.

At the heart of the village stands a striking 14-meter Christmas tree, surrounded by a daily Snowy Area, an Ice Skating Rink, and themed installations including Santa’s House, The Elf House, and a Reindeer Farm. Children can enjoy Mama Santa Storytelling sessions, daily kids’ shows, while evenings will feature live bands and entertainment for all ages.

Visitors will also have access to a lively food court and a Christmas market offering local crafts and seasonal treats. The festivities will culminate on December 31 with a grand New Year’s Eve countdown and fireworks show, ushering in 2026 in the heart of the Bekaa.

“Zahle Magical Christmas” aims to establish the city as a major holiday destination and deliver a memorable end-of-year celebration for residents and tourists alike.
