Abeer Nehme, with her fragrant voice, inaugurated the Jounieh International Festival, which was launched this year under the slogan, “My Lebanon لبناني أنا”. The festival united the nation in a show like no other. Abeer Nehme, the ambassador of musical dialogue, who has performed on the most prestigious stages around the world, captivated the audience with her singing. The spectators turned into a chorus, joyously echoing "Lubnani Ana", and embracing their shared identity and pride.
The show took place at La Salle des Ambassadeurs - the Casino du Liban, the most prestigious touristic venue in the country. The event was also attended by the Minister of Tourism, Walid Nassar, along with numerous local and international media, who all came together to experience an unforgettable celebration.
The tickets for the show were quickly sold out, and it's no wonder why. Abeer Nehme, that extraordinary artist, possesses a unique talent - she can sing in over 29 languages, making her the only Arab artist with such a remarkable ability. Not only is Abeer a gifted singer but also a skilled lyricist, actor, and producer.
Furthermore, Abeer Nehme, accompanied by the orchestra under the direction of George Kassis, performed a diverse selection of her own songs. Among them were the enchanting melodies "Waynak," "Bala Ma Nhes," "Wada3et el Layl," "W Bisaraha," "Ya Tara," "3emel Nasini," and "Talfantellak." The audience enthusiastically engaged in the performance, particularly during the captivating Tarab songs.

To note that the Jounieh International Festival will continue with a new musical titled "لبنان حكاية حب" (Lebanon... a love story), featuring the great lyricist Nizar Francis and the young talent Carla Chamoun. The event will take place on Sunday, July 30th., at the prestigious Casino du Liban.
