Eliane Alhajj , founder & director of Medium Mena , the first media agency in the MENA region, shared her 25 years of expertise in media and media consultancy at the Beauty well being forum, organized by Special Arabia Forum de Beyrout. She gave insights on how she guides artists through an empowerment journey, helps them deal with criticism and defamation, and encourages them to focus on their careers. Eliane emphasized helping artists create an identity, evolving from celebrity to star to trendsetter to icon. She also noted that beauty comes from embracing body, mind, soul, and heart, highlighting that when these elements align, it contributes to the artists' success and maintaining their true identity
