In line with their strategy to provide superior customer experience in Lebanon, Cherfane Tawil & Co. (CTC), the official distributor of Samsung Electronics in Lebanon, and COMTEK S.A.L., Lebanon's authorized Samsung service center, have joined forces and announced the launch of a new extended warranty on newly purchased Samsung products. This extended warranty covers accidental damage including theft, robbery, liquid damage and physical breakage for all of its Samsung Audio Video, Mobile, Camera and IT products.
This unique and innovative product is the first of its kind in Lebanon and the Levant region, extending the warranty for one or two years in addition to the existing manufacturer's warranty. Furthermore, the extended warranty does not require paper work, instead it is fast and activated through online services with just a proof of purchase and warranty card. It will be distributed and managed through local channels and CE shops.
