Just 23 years old but already on the outbreak of fame...Silvio Chiha an internationally known water skier, wins over Lebanese viewers after his coronation on reality TV show "Splash" in its first season. Chiha regards "Splash" as a good experience and was happy for the opportunity 'de faire connaissance' with such divers there as Hassan Mouti and Steve Black. In the same year Silvio brings Lebanon fame again with his gold medal in the Asia-Australasia Oceania (AAO) water skiing championship in Chuncheon, South Korea (2012).
In 2013 Silvio brings Lebanon yet one more award, a silver medal in a competition in Indonesia. Sadly participating and bringing Lebanon its fame, Chiha has to go all the way to Cyprus in order to train with Dmitrii his coach from Belarus, for his competitions, since Lebanese grounds don't possess such facilities.
Silvio overall comes from a family of athletes. His dad is a water skiing champion himself, and his mum one in taekwondo. Silvio is known in Lebanon as a skiing (snow) champion as well as 'the beast' in MMA fighting while in his off-season breaks from water skiing trainings and competitions.
In the meantime Chiha is focused on his job at 'Chouairy' company, and is seeking work success. After having graduated from USJ with a degree in economics and Masters of International Business HULT University doing transfers from its campuses in London, Dubai and Shanghai, Silvio has made himself a wonderful and powerful CV.
Lets wish him best of luck in the upcoming competitions of water skiing in the end of summer 2014 and in his future career as a young businessman.
